Former general counsel and corporate secretary at NFP to lead legal team, provide direction to HR department

DENVER, COLO. (March 19, 2019) – Elizabeth Slater Jasper, who has been part of the executive team at the Nurse-Family Partnership National Service Office for more than five years, has been named chief legal officer, Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) announced today.

“Throughout her work on the legal team at Nurse-Family Partnership, Elizabeth has distinguished herself as a leader with exceptional strategic acumen and a strong understanding of organizational culture,” said Frank Daidone, president and CEO of Nurse-Family Partnership. “We look forward to working with her in her expanded role.”

The new position broadens her responsibilities to include providing strategic direction for human resources and leading the legal team at Nurse-Family Partnership.

Jasper came to Nurse-Family Partnership in 2009 as manager of legal affairs and in-house counsel, where she managed the corporate contracts function and provided legal counsel to teams across the national organization.

She later served as director of the Legal & Compliance Department, and has been general counsel and corporate secretary for Nurse-Family Partnership since 2016.

Jasper has been instrumental in developing the legal department to support NFP, enabling it to reach its strategic objectives while protecting its interests and safeguarding the integrity of the organization.

Jasper earned MBA and JD degrees from Creighton University. She also studied at the London School of Economics and holds a BA in economics and philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Jasper lives in Denver with her husband, David, and son, Francis.
